The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 12, 2015, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, and Section 5 of Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act, is pleased, effective on and after March 13, 2015, to appoint Timothy Daley, Q.C., of New Glasgow, Pictou County, Nova Scotia, a barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five years standing, to be a Judge of the Provincial Court and the Family Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia.
