The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated October 13, 2015, and pursuant to Section 21K of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to acknowledge receipt of the report of the Nova Scotia Judges’ Salaries and Benefits Tribunal (2014-2017), dated September 23, 2014, and its supplemental report dated April 8, 2015, containing its recommendations pertaining to the salaries and benefits for judges appointed by the Province of Nova Scotia for the period April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2017 inclusive, and order that the Tribunal’s recommendations be implemented, effective on and after December 17, 2015.
