The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated August 21, 2018, and pursuant to Section 3 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, and Section 5 of Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act, is pleased to re-appoint and designate the Honourable Pamela S. Williams as Chief Judge of the Provincial and Family Courts of Nova Scotia for a term of office of five years effective August 27, 2018.
