The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated June 1, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased, effective on and after June 3, 2022, to appoint Kelly Serbu Q.C. of Halifax, Bradley Sarson of Bedford, and Nicole Rovers of Antigonish, barristers of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five (5) years standing, to be Judges of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia.
