The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 13, 2023, and pursuant to Section 21K of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to order that the recommendations of the Nova Scotia Provincial Judges’ Salaries and Benefits Tribunal, for the period April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026, and as set out in the Tribunal’s Report, received on December 29, 2022, issued by Scott Sterns, John MacPherson, K.C., and Ronald A. Pink, K.C., are hereby confirmed.
