The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated June 14, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased, effective on and after June 15, 2023, to appoint Angela Doris Caseley, K.C. of Bedford, Nova Scotia, a barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five years standing, to be a Judge of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia.
