The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated February 21, 2024, and pursuant to Section 6 of Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after April 11, 2024, to approve the Minister of Public Works entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure for the province of New Brunswick related to the Chignecto Isthmus Resiliency Project, substantially in the form set forth in Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Memorandum of Understanding.
