The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated April 10, 2024, and pursuant to Section 6 of Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after May 7, 2024, to approve the Minister of Public Works entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Halifax Port Authority and Halifax Regional Municipality for the exchange of lands, on the terms and conditions approved by the Executive Council, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement.
