The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 10, 2024, and pursuant to Section 84 of Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, Section 18 of Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Interpretation Act, and Section 4 of the Deputy Minister Pension Arrangement Regulations, N.S. Reg. 30/2024, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2024-44 dated February 13, 2024, effective August 22, 2024, hereby: 

           (a)  revokes the appointment of Dwayne Provo as Associate Deputy Minister of the Office of Equity and Anti-Racism; and 

           (b) designates Dwayne Provo as an eligible person for the purposes of the Deputy Minister Pension Arrangement.
