The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Human Rights Act dated October 8, 2025, and pursuant to Section 22 of Chapter 214 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Human Rights Act, and Section 18 of Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Interpretation Act, hereby revokes the appointment of Theodore Morrison of Cape Breton Regional Municipality as a Commissioner of the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission, made by Order in Council 2024-39 dated February 8, 2024, effective October 21, 2025.
