The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated October 20, 2025, and pursuant to Section 9A of Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act, and Section 18 of Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Interpretation Act, effective October 21, 2025, hereby: 

           (a)    revokes the appointment of John A. MacDonald as Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Growth and Development, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2024-433 dated December 18, 2024; and 

           (b)    revokes the appointment of John White as Ministerial Assistant to the Minister of Growth and Development in the Minister’s capacity as Minister responsible for housing, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2024-433 dated December 18, 2024.
