The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated February 6, 2026, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased, effective on and after February 13, 2026, to appoint Jennifer MacLellan, K.C. of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Cameron MacKeen of Halifax, Nova Scotia and Christa MacKinnon of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia with at least ten years standing, to be Judges of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia.
