The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated March 12, 2026, and pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995, the Highway 104 Western Alignment Act, is pleased to reappoint Mark Peachey of Halifax Regional Municipality as the sole Director of the Highway 104 Western Alignment Corporation for a term of two years commencing March 31, 2026.
