The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated the 30th day of June, A.D., 1993, pursuant to Section 3(2A) of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Judges of the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to appoint Judge Joseph P. Kennedy as Associate Chief Judge of the Provincial Court commencing the 1st day of July, A.D., 1993, and ending the 31st day of March, A.D., 1996.
