The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General dated the 3rd day of January, A.D., l991, pursuant to Section 3 of the Judges of the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to appoint Anne E. Crawford of Liverpool, in the County of Queens, a barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five (5) years standing, to be a Judge of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia, and to determine the salary of the said Anne E. Crawford to be at the rate recommended from time to time by the tribunal appointed pursuant to of the Provincial Court Act; the said salary to be in full remuneration for day and night sittings of the Provincial Court effective the 2lst day of January, A.D., 1991.
