The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General dated the 8th day of August, A.D., 1991, pursuant to Section 3 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Judges of the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to appoint Albert E. Bremner of Chester, in the County of Lunenburg, a barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five (5) years' standing, to be a Judge of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia and to determine the salary of the said Albert E. Bremner to be at the rate recommended from time to time by the tribunal appointed pursuant to Section 21 of the Judges of the Provincial Court Act; the said salary to be in full remuneration for day and night sittings of the Provincial Court, effective the 30th day of August, A.D., 1991.
