The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 18, 1994, pursuant to Section 21 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, An Act Respecting Judges of the Provincial Court, is pleased to receive the report of the Nova Scotia Judicial Salary Tribunal dated March 3, 1994, containing its recommendations pertaining to the salaries for Provincial and Family Court Judges for the fiscal year 1994-95, and is pleased to order that the Tribunal's recommendations be implemented and that, accordingly, effective July 1, 1993, Associate Chief Judges are to receive a differential of $3,000.00 added to their base salary.
