The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 18, 1994, pursuant to Section 3 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to appoint Barbara J. Beach of Halifax, Halifax County, and Brian D. Williston of Sydney, Cape Breton County, barristers of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five (5) years' standing, to be Judges of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia and to determine the salary of the said Barbara J. Beach and Brian D. Williston to be at the rate recommended from time to time by the tribunal appointed pursuant to Section 21 of the Provincial Court Act; the said salary to be in full remuneration for day and night sittings of the Provincial Court, effective January 1, 1995.
