The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General dated April 22, 1991, pursuant to subsection 6(3) of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Judges of the Provincial Court Act, and the Interpretation Act, is pleased to direct that Judge William J.C. Atton, Chief Judge of the Provincial Court be continued in the public service for a further period commencing May 1, 1991 and ending May 31, 1991, upon such terms and conditions as to employment and remuneration as now apply to him or as may from time to time be determined.
