The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General dated the 22nd day of April, A.D., 1991, pursuant to subsection (3) of Section 23 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Judges of the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance to pay, in addition to the benefits conferred by the Public Service Superannuation Act, a pension to Judge H. Russell MacEwan, in accordance with the provisions of said subsection (3), commencing the 1st day of June, A.D., 1991.
