The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 1, 1996, and pursuant to subsection 3(2A) of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to extend the appointment of Associate Chief Judge Joseph P. Kennedy for three months commencing April 1, 1996.
