The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 14, 1996, and pursuant to Section 3 of the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to appoint Castor H.F. Williams of Dartmouth, Halifax County, a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least ten (10) years' standing, to be Judge of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia, and to determine the salary of the said Castor H.F. Williams to be at the rate recommended from time to time by the tribunal appointed pursuant to Section 21 of the Provincial Court Act; the said salary to be in full remuneration for day and night sittings of the Provincial Court, effective February 20, 1996.
