The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General dated the 17th day of October, A.D., 1991, pursuant to Section 6 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the Judges of the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to direct that William J.C. Atton be continued in office as a Judge of the Provincial Court for a further period and upon such terms as to remuneration as may be determined in accordance with the Regulations Respecting Part-Time Judges of the Provincial Court which were made by the Governor in Council on the 15th day of August, A.D., 1991, pursuant to Order in Council 91-936.
