The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General dated the 28th day of March, A.D., 1991, pursuant to Section 6(3) of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Judges of the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to direct that Judge James D. Reardon, a Judge of the Provincial Court, be continued in the public service for a further period to expire on May 31, 1992, upon such terms as to remuneration during such service and as to superannuation allowance as now apply to him or as may from time to time be determined.
