Family Division of the Supreme Couart Statute Amendment (1998) Act
The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 2, 1999, pursuant to Section 12 of Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1997 (2nd Session), An Act to Amend Chapter 240 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Judicature Act, and pursuant to Section 13 of Chapter 12 of the Acts of 1998, the Family Division of the Supreme Court Statute Amendment (1998) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1997 (2nd Session), An Act to Amend Chapter 240 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Judicature Act, and Chapter 12 of the Acts of 1998, the Family Division of the Supreme Court Statute Amendment (1998) Act, come into force on and not before April 6, 1999.
