The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated September 21, 1999, and pursuant to Section 3 of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to appoint Judge R. Brian Gibson as Associate Chief Judge of the Provincial Court for a term of office of five years.
