The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General dated the 28th day of March, A.D., 1991, pursuant to Section 6(3) of Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Judges of the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to direct that Judge H. Russell MacEwan, a Judge of the Provincial Court, be continued in the public service for a further period to expire on the 31st day of May, A.D., 1991, upon such terms as to remuneration during such service and as to superannuation allowance as now apply to him or as may from time to time be determined.
