Copy. Bernard to Uniacke. In receipt of letter. Is still of opinion that they should not be importunate in pressing Nova Scotia's needs while war is occupying ministerial attention. Accepts Assembly's vote as retaining his services. N. Bond is appointed to vice-presidency of Committee of Trade in Lord Glenhervie's place.
