Nathaniel Atcheson to Blowers and Wilkins. He has sent Irish Customs Act which imposes duties, equal to those in force in England, on foreign wood imported into Ireland. Indications are that Great Britain will encourage British Trade and Navigation by duties on foreign imports and will favour North American colonial interests in treaty. Signed.
