Dr. Archibald Macmechan,
Dear. Sir:-
The following are some of the peculiarities of the explosion which I have noticed:-
1. The chimney of the Oxford St. Methodist Church, which is roughly 25 ft. high is displaced like this, in the manner of blocks:-
