Liverpool January 28th 1861

To the Honorable the House of Assembly in general session at present convened

The petition of Henry G. Farish of Liverpool in the County of Queen's and Province of Nova Scotia Physician humbly sheweth

that your petitioner has been employed professionly during the past year to attend to the Indian named in above account, that owing to the severity of the accident, the want of every convenience and comfort, and the utter unmanageableness of the patient it was absolutely necessary for the petitioner to make many more visits than would be required in an ordinary case, to replace the broken ends of the bones & render other assistance

Your petitioner therefore humbly prays that your Honorable House will take his annexed account into consideration and cause the same to be passed
and as is duty bound your
petitioner will ever pray
Henry G. Farish
