condition of the whole be much ameliorated.
But as the formation of such a plan in its detail would be the work of more time than the present advanced state of the [sessions?] will afford, your Comm. recomend that the sence of this house on this subject be communicated to his Majesty's council by conference. In that His Majesty's council be requested to appoint a committee to frame jointly with a Comm. of this House during the recess such a plan as may be likely to attain the object in view.
Your Comm. further recommend that such joint Comm. be empowered with the approbation of the Lt Gov or Commd in Chief to [correspond?] with the provincial agent in England and also that a sum of money be granted to enable such joint Comm. to repay the expence which will necessary be incurred in forming such plan and for providing some relief for the Indians during the insueing winter by procuring a stock of cheap provisions in different parts of the country for their relief
