"In 1938, when Bluenose sailed to the United States to take part in the last International Schooner Race, several passengers sailed aboard the vessel. Among the passengers were Mrs. W. Lawrence Sweeney, shown to the left in this photograph. Other passengers included professional photographer Doris Day and Marion Falkenham."
