Diary of William Collins, 1899 and 1900

Excerpts from William Collins' diary, 17 August 1899 to 28 February 1900; 33 pages. William Miles Collins lived in Advocate Harbour, and sailed as Mate with Captains George, Edmund and Dewis Spicer. In August 1899 he boarded the Glooscap in Philadelphia and began a voyage to St. Vincent in the Cape Verde Islands, en route to Manila.
