Malcolm Cann

Malcolm Cann was born to Yarmouth businessman Hugh Bradford Cann and Augusta L. Cann. At the young age of 18, he enlisted to serve his country in WWI and became part of the Royal Canadian Navy. While on the ship, the HMS Good Hope, they came under attack and once the attack was over, Malcolm and three others of his follow servicemen were dead, making them the first four Canadians to die during the war.
