The Memorial of Michael Wallace
Respectfully Sheweth,
That the number of free blacks
who have resolved upon going to Sierra Leone and
are actually arrived in this Town from the
different outports of the Province and from the
Province of New Brunswick, having far exceeded
your memorialists knowledge or expectation;
The expence of conveying them and their baggage
hither, and their present victualling has accordingly
