[orginally?] Henry and [m...?] by the Cole Harbour road [afar said?] which said hand have been acquired by me the said Michael Wallace [?] and is by me conveyed to Her Majesty in confederation afar [?] and for the accomodation of the Black Refugees. To Have and to Hold the said...

Freely clearly and absolutely acquitted and discharged from all claim demands [hatred?] and little whatsoever of me the said Michael Wallace or any person claiming or deriving Title or Interest to the same or any [?] thereof under me forever and Mary Wallace wife of the said Michael Wallace [oath?] for herself by these presents [remise?] release and relinquish to over said Lord the King all right title Interest and claim [...over?] which she hath or can have in to or upon the said land and every [?] and parcel thereof his heirs and successor. Forever [...ness] wheres we have here onto so our hands and seals this 30th [days?] April in the year of our [Lord?] one thousand eight hundred and eightieth.
