West one hundred and fifty rods or until it comes to the Streamlet or brook emptying out of said frog lake thence northerly by the several courses of said brook and by the [southern?] shore of frog lake until it meets the place or beginning containing one hundred and fifty acres which said tract of land has been acquired by me the said William Lawson by marriage and is by me conveyed to Her Majesty in consideration aforesaid and for the accommodation of the Black Refugees to Save and to Hold the said tract of land [premisses?] [and appurtenances and every part thereof [illegible] our said Lord the King his heirs and successors freely clearly and absolutely acquitted and discharged from all claims demands interest & title whatsoever of me the said Willm [William] Lawson or any person claiming or [deriving?] title or interest to the same or any part thereof under me forever and Elizabeth Lawson wife of the said William Lawson doth for herself by these presents remise release and relinquish to our said Lord the King
