or until it comes to the Public highway hence northerly along the line of said highway fifty rods or until it meets the place of beginning containing one hundred acres which said tract of land has been acquired by me Richard Philip Tidmarsh by marriage and is by me conveyed with majesty in consideration of the said lands and for the accommodation of the blacks Refugees. To have and to hold the said tract of land premittes and appurtenances having part thereof from said Lord the King his heirs and successors freely clearly and absolutely acquitted and discharged from all claims demands interests and Title whatsoever of the aforesaid Philip Tidmarsh doth for herself by these presents remite release & relinquish to our said Lord the King all right to the interest & claim of power which s/he hath or can have unto or upon the said land and every part thereof of his heirs and successors forever.
