Melville Island July 26th, 1815, I do hereby Certify that Three Thousand Nine hundred, and Eighty nine Rations, were actually Received conformable to Contract, and [applied?] to the Refugee Negroes on Melville Island in sickness daily as Stated in the Annexed Abstract -- { [Signature] William Anderson, Surgeon In Charge of Sick Negroes | I do hereby Certify that Twenty eight thousand six hundred and sixty eight rations were actually received conformable to Contract, and applied to the Refugee Negroes on Melville Island in Health, daily as stated in the Annexed Abstract -- [signature] [M.
