I do hereby certify that two thousand three hundred and Eighty five Rations, were actually [received?] Confirmable to Contract, and [illegible] to the Refugee of Negroes, on Melville Island, In [Horfield?] daily as [heated?] in the Annexed Abstract from the 27 July to the 20th of September 1815 in [illebile]

I do hereby Certify that seven hundred and sixty one Rations were actually received Conformable to Contract and [illegible] to the Refugee Negroes on Melville Island, In [Horfield], daily as [Hated?] in the annexed Abstract 21st September to the 26th October 1815 In [illegible]

I do hereby Certify that Nineteen thousand Eight hundred, and Eight Rations were actually received Conformable to Contract and [illegible] to the Refugee Negroes on Melville Island In health daily as [illegible] in the Annexed Abstrach with the [exciftcoh?] of [Spreeca?] and ground Coffee, Beer [Stout?] delivered for which a dedication of Fifteen Pounds Currency has been made by Her Excellency Two [illegible] [illegible] in Council from the Contracts
