     Which being taken into Consideration and the said Widdow & those Concerned in both partys, being Call'd and their Arguments heard,

     The Board Judged it Reasonable that the Mother of the Child Should Keep and Mentain the Said Child at as Cheep a Rate as other Nurses in the Country would

     Then Enquiring who was the Nurse that Would take the Child; One Jean Depuis Wife to Guillaum Blanchar, Said that She would for five Shill.sper Month and take as Much Care of it as of her Own both as to Cloaths, Victualls and all Other Necessarys; Joseph Leblanc and Joseph Bourgeway oferr'd themselves Surtys for the Nurses faithfulI and tender behaviour towards the Child.

     Whereupon Jacque Gousile the father in Law to [164] to the Mother of the Child, and his Wife made Ansr that they would Rather Keep it for nothing than that the Mother their Daughter Should either Accept of five Shlilings or give it to Said Depuis

     And being ask'd what Objections they had to her, They Answer'd None, Only that they would Rather keep the Child as aforesaid, than give it to her;

     Upon which Answer the Board left the Said Gousile and his Wife to their Choise and told them that the two Surtys Abram Bourg and Guillaum Bourgeway Should then be Discharged from their Engagem.t in that Respect, and by the Advice of the Board they were Discharged Accordingly

     Then Charles Landry one of the Deputees Said (in order to finish all Disputes, if the Mother of the Child and those with her Concernd were willing) that he would take the Child and be Answerable for its Nurseing and all other Necessarys and that he would also mentain the Mother at his house for one year

     To which proposition all partys Agreed Then Jacque Gousile Complaining that Some Part of the Allowce formerly orderd by the Council, was not paid; The Board
