the Inhabitants Notice to Come or send to the secretarys Office in order to make out their sevl Claims for the preventing of future Disputes, and for the forwarding the Improving and Cultivating the Waste Lands in this Province Which the Board Recommends to His Excelly
fees for the province Considered

     Then the Presid.t Orderd the secretary to Read the Last Paragraph of the Minute of the 9th of Augt last Relating to the ffees of the Province, Which the Board having taken into Consideration they Agreed that they might be the same in this Province as they are in the Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England if his Excellythought proper & approved of the same

     Then was Read the Grant prepar'd by the Secretary in favour of Governor Cosby for the Boards Approbation in order that his Excellymay Sign and Affix the Province seal to the same, which being Conformable to the Ruff Draught, thereof Read the 9th Inst it was Approv'd of

The [22] The Honoura ble Presidt Desired Mr Shirreff To Acquaint the Board what his Excellyhad Orderd Concerning the Paragraph of the Minute of the 13th last Whereupon he Acquainted His Honour that his Excellyhad orderd a Proclamation to be Drawn to be laid before the Board for their Consideration Which being Read and Considerd As also the Translation thereof in french and ye Same being Approv'd
