have Given Any such Order to their Prejudice, having therein assign'd no Other Reason than the Manner of his Death Which Cannot be Interpreted Felon de Se And it was therefore Agreed that upon Monsr Gaulin's producing the Deeds of Sale And Conveyances of said Lands for the Boards Examination, And sufficient proof that the said John Denny has Surviving Issue, that then the Legall Heirs may have the Right and possession thereof Re Establish'd in their Persons

     The Secretary Acquainted His Honour the Presid.t that that Governor Armstrong was so much out of Order that he Could not Attend the Board and that he had Recommended two Letters which he had Recd from Britain, to the Boards perusal Vizt one from the Secretary of State Dated the 25 th September 1730 Relating to Pyrates And one from Mr Popple secretary to the Board of Trade bearing Date the 24 th ffebruary 1730 with the Oppinion of P. Yorke & C. Talbot the King's Attorney & Solicitor General Relating to fines and Recoverys &ca which being Read were Order'd to be Registred
 
Letters from Britain concerning Pyrates & fines and recoverys


The secretary Also Acquainted the Presi.t that his Hon.r the L.t Gov.r of the Province had Recommended sevl petitions from the Inhabitants for the Boards Advice and Oppinion thereon Vizt
 


     One from Etienne Rivett who had been proscrib'd for some Misbehaviour by his Excellency Governor Philipps
