     One from Alexr Bourg with a Copy of It Promise Given him by Governor Philipps for a Grant of a Peice of Land on the other side of the Bassin of Mines in Consideration of 280 Livers advanced by said Bourg for His Majestys service

     And one from Benjamin Landry Attorny for one John Babin against Peter Boudrot Attorny for one ffrancis Boudrot for wrongfully taking & keeping the possession of some land claimd by said Babin, And also against one Anthony Brau in Relation to a Mill And [236) And Monsr Rivett being called in and Examind upon the Accusations laid to his. Charge in his Excellencys Proclamation bearing Date the 30 th Apr 1730 He said they were false as he Could prove by Certificate Signed by many of the Inhabitants Which he produced

     And the Board Acquainting him y.t one of his Neighbours Vizt John Commeaux had given his Excellysome Information and the same, bearing Date the first of May 1730, being Read

     He Acknowledged to have had some such discourse with the said Commaux Upon Accot of a Difference between them which he desired might be peaceably Adjusted between themselves Rather than to be at the Charge of a Process

     And the Certificate Signed by fifty five of the Inhabitants being Read And finding no other Witness Against him but the said Commeaux The Board were of oppinion that the Informations given against him Were Malicious And were of oppinion that upon his taking the Oath of Allegiance he should be Reinstated And have the Enjoymt of his Estate as the Rest of the Inhabitants

     Then Was Read M.r Bourgs Petitionary Letter And his Excellencys aforsaid Promise in his favour As also that of Landry against Boudrott &ca
the Board oppinion in Relation to Plantifs and defendts Appearing.

     And the Board finding that none of the Adverse Partys Were present They Were of oppinion that a Time should be fixed and signified to them to show Cause why the Prayer of
