Oath Administrd At Major Copes Request to Thomas Rawdin, &c

     The Secretary Acquainted the Comity that His Honour had Desired them to Meet in Order to Administer An Oath to Thomas Rawden, Alexr Campbell, David Thomas & Thomas Harwood Conformable to the Minute of Council of the 28th September last in Relation to their losses sustained at the Coallary, their Oaths thereunto being then Required by Major Henry Cope The Which said Persons (Except Alexander Campbell), being present, they Made Affidavit to their Respective Accots And the Gentlemen of the Comity Attested the same

the paym.t of the Quit Rents Communicated to ye Board & Madm Belisle's Petition Considered

     His Honour Acquainted the Board that he had, pursuant to a Minute of Council Dated On Wednesday the 3d of January 1732/3, Orderd the Inhabitants of this River to pay their Rents for his Majestys Use And that he had Accordingly Recd part thereof, And that he would order a State thereof to be laid Before the Board As soon as he Recd the Whole;
