     Then it was Moved Whether these Words, "Unless that they Can produce sufficient Vouchers And Acquittances from ye Officers Employed in Receiving the french Kings Rents to ye Contrary, should be Added to ye Above Opinion of the Board, Which being Debated, was Carryed in the Affirmative

     The Proceedings of the Board being Communicated to the Governor he Acquainted the Gentlemen of the Board That Mr Mitchell And his Partners had, Notwithstanding their Dispute with Mr Robichaux, Allready brot and Delivered into his Majestys Stores the full Quantity of Wheat And Number of ffowles, Debated, Conformable in the first Tenor and Obligations [379] Obligations Required in their Contracts for the Two Years 1732 and 1733 Which he Desired might be Subjoyned to this Days Minute

     At a Council held at the Honoura ble Lt Governors Own house in His Majestys Garrison of Annapolis Royall on Munday the 4th Day of March 173¾ at 3 o' the Clock P. M.

     His Honour Acquainted ye Board that Prudane Robichaux and John Duon whom he had Commissioned to Receive and Collect the Seigniorial Rents of this River Were Come And as they had Given him in their Accots thereof And Wanted Acquittances for ye Same, He had Therefore judged Proper to Lay the same before them, that Cognizance may be taken of the Annual Amount thereof And of the Real Quantity [380] Quantity that he had Received from the said Rent Gatherers for and On Accot of His Majesty that a State from thence may be made in Order to be Transmitted home by the first Opportunity
