Numbd 1. 2. 3 The Said Deed of purchase & Copy by the Endorsement is said to be Enrolled in the Castle Office of Dublin by William Matthews Attorney 1735.

     Also a Copy of ye AforeSd Certificate that a Memorial of ye said Deed was Entered as aforesaid, and of Mr Matthews Affidavit one of ye Witnesses to ye said Deed before the Lord Mayor, both writ on one half Sheet of Paper

     And a Copy of an Affidavit made before ye Right Honble Nathaniel Kane Lord Mayor of Dublin, by Mary Hackett, Alias Lock, Daughter of Richard Lock late of the City of Dublin Hester [444] Hester Duff of ye Sd City & Valentine Lock of Crookettstaff in the County of ye said City, Dyer, Affirming that ye said Valentine Lock was always tacken, Deemed, Reputed and known to be the Brother of William Lock late of ye Town of St Michaels in ye Island of Barbadoes, Deceased; Who was ye Son of the Above Mentioned Richd Lock who was the said Valentines Father &ca & By which Copy it Appears that ye Original was under the Lord Mayors Seal & Dated the 11th Day of Augst 1735

     Which Said Papers being all Read & His Honour desiring the Opinion of ye Board what he should do with them. The Board agreed and were of Opinion that they should be sent to Mr Thos Corker Mercht in Dublin by ye first Opportunity, it being said that he was Mr Bucklers Correspondent & Attorney

     And it being said that It had been Reported that there had been seen Several other Papers such as Indentures &c and more Particularly a Bill of Exchge Supposed to be Drawn either by, upon, or in favour of my Lord Scarsburry, his Name being said to be therein Mentioned; and a Large Packett Directed to some Gentlemen in Barbados & that there were also Several Hancuffs & Shakles & a great many Women's old Cloaths found on Board & Blood in some Mens Trousers
