Served as a Captain in the King's Armerican Regiment, is master of a family consisting of a wife, one child, and three servants, and choosing rather to reside in Nova Scotia than to remove to the province of New Brunswick, prays an order of survey for a tract of land in the province of Nova Scotia, somewhere near the township of Annapolis Royal, where the land is vacant consisting of 1000 acres, or such quantity as it may be thought fit to grant.
