May it please your Excellency

With this is inclosed the Bill of the expense I have made last year for the Indians, which I lay before Your Excellency, and leave to your generosity. Asking in the mean time the continuation of your Benevolence in behalf of this Sort of people.

I beg leave to call to Your Excellency's remembrance the Request of the chief for a Medal, as an [Insigne] of his dignity.

And if it be the good pleasure of your Excellency to favour my bill, please to order
the amount
